MHX Designs just finished a stucco remediation project on a beautiful home in 55+ retirement community in Souderton, PA. The owners recognized the stucco issues and selected MHX Designs to fully remediate their stucco and vinyl siding with the new CertainTeed MainStreet vinyl siding. They were more than pleased to see their home was more aesthetically appealing.

Problems & Solution:

The homeowner decided to be proactive and conduct a stucco inspection. The inspection came back negative, recognized the issues and requested to remediate their home with CertainTeed vinyl siding. The home had several problematic moisture issues including missing weather barrier system on certain areas. We provided a completed remediation and installed the new siding to make their home even more beautiful than ever before.
