What amazed me, is that everyday before the crew left, they cleaned up, and that was truly appreciated. We decide upon MHX, because we felt very comfortable after talking to Kyu, that MHX would do a very meticulous job and maintain top quality in their work. In addition to getting our stucco replaced, we also got a new roof and new windows. We are very happy with how MHX handled the entire project and of course, the end result. We found them to be very knowledgeable, very diligent, plus they don't use subcontractors for their work. They have a roof crew, a windows crew and a siding crew. Each team came one after another and they did a beautiful job. Their workmanship was very neat and they did not take any shortcuts. They were very meticulous with the little details and went the extra mile. They accommodated any small changes in scope. We decided to upgrade to Blueskin sheathing at the last minute and they readily accommodated that. Any questions we had, any concerns were addressed right away by Kyu and his team. The remediation and new siding was completed in a very timely fashion and the end result is really phenomenal! We investigated many of the competition, there are contractors or other companies that can remove stucco and hang James Hardy siding, however MHX Designs brings the design aspects of what will work and the go just that extra little bit to really have a standout finished product. In comparison to others on our block that have had other organizations install Hardy siding, its no comparison, and our neighbors have told us as much. MDX – they are true experts in this field.
