I am thrilled with their work! From my first meeting with Han Chong through the final wrap up, they showed the business to be professional and caring. Han and the crews were always arrived when they said they would, and I was impressed with the safety and equipment used by the workers. They had a strong attention to detail and were responsive to my questions. The work site was left clean and safe at the completion of the work. There were interior repairs to be made as well and they were performed in quality fashion. The estimate was fair and all possible contingencies were clearly spelled out, so there were no surprises at the time of the final bill. My rental needed a complete stucco replacement to vinyl siding due to water damage and Han's quote was extremely thorough and reasonable. The job was completed in a timely fashion even with weather issues. The grounds were left immaculate and Han even went over and beyond by installing gutter extensions to prevent further water damage. Han communicated with me every day to inform me of their progress and he took the burden off of me as well by communicating with my neighbors when needed since it was a rental unit. I can't thank him enough for making such a huge project run so smoothly! THANKS HAN... You're the best and i will highly recommend you and your company to others needing your services. read less

homeowners in Southeastern Pennsylvania affected by defective stucco. The men were respectful of my trees, landscaping and garden statuary. They arrived early, worked long hours, and at the end of the day, they cleared all the debris and stacked the equipment neatly. Any exposed plywood on my house was covered in plastic and secured.

Han is the secret weapon of MHx Designs. He was the critical link between myself and the work crew. Han was often on site and if not, was easily accessible by phone, text, or email. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. Thank you for a job well done. I am very pleased. Money well spent. read less

Jason was our project manager and worked closely with us from the initial quote to do the front of our home to the completion of additional excellent work as we decided to have a larger project done. Jason was very professional and always ensured that we were satisfied throughout the project. Our home was the first in our development that the HOA approved replacing the existing stucco and stone on the entire home. MHX worked with us and the HOA closely to ensure that the finished result would be amazing and blend in with the original color scheme. There were other contractors working on homes in the development but we judged that MHX would do the best job. We were not disappointed. Being the first home to be fully remediated there were many decisions to be made on materials and methods. Jason discussed each item in detail and worked with us to ensure that we would be happy with the final result. The MHX team did excellent work and managed our property as best as anyone could. They arrived when they said they would each day and cleaned the property up completely before they left at the end of the day. Despite issues caused by suppliers and the amount of work that the full project required MHX completed the work within the original quotes. It was a pleasure working with Jason and the entire MHX team. We are extremely happy with the quality and appearance of the finished project. We recommend MHX to anyone having work doe in the area. read less
