Summer Hill Townhome Development recognized the stucco issues and recently changed their HOA bylaws to convert the exterior stucco cladding to CertainTeed Carolina Beaded siding system. MHX was awarded by one of the early adopters, Lisa Rohland, to help remediate their end-unit home. There were a couple of other contractors working on other homes during that time. Many homeowners closely evaluated the initial projects and contractors. Other homeowners saw much differences between MHX and other contractors in our details from set-up to clean-up and the quality of MHX workmanship. Since our first project, 12 other homeowners have chosen MHX over other contractors: Nelson, Rudolph, Sharma, Elwell, Blake, Thomas, Jones, Bell, Zendejas, Chmielewski, McComsey, and Kozen.
