FANTASTIC!! We can't say enough about Q and his company MHx Designs. They removed the stucco from the front of our house and replaced it with James Hardie siding. They also installed a new front door. Q helped us from start to finish. We changed our mind several times and Q rolled with each change. He responded promptly to each email, text or phone call. He gave us lots of ideas and helped us get the final finished product. We have had many compliments on the project and we are thrilled with the results. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any household project. They really stand by their work if you have any issues:)

We used MHX for a siding and window project and we were extremely happy with all of the work performed. After a couple of years putting off fixing/expanding our back patio, 2024 was the year to get the job done. After a few other estimates and reviews from other companies, I was lucky enough to find MHX Designs. I was very happy with their estimate and what I thought I wanted they had an even better idea. I now have a beautiful two level large slate patio that my family can enjoy throughout the year. Other contractors never even gave me other ideas and their communications was horrible compared to MHX Designs. I want to thank MHX designs for the great job they did with our house. We had Hardie Board installed on the back of our house and a new front ventilation soffit installed over the porch. Kyu was very helpful while communicating to our insurance agent and recommended an electrician who he trusted for our particular needs. When the guys arrived to start the job they were extremely professional and courteous. All members of the team communicated to me in a professional manner down the the last payment. The front of our home had water intrusion throughout the stucco elevation. We called MHX and Q came right out to talk to us about the project and gave us a few great ideas that looked great. The MHX team produced an excellent product and completed in the time table that was quoted to us. The MHX employees are honest and hard working. Any mistakes (there were very few) were brought to our attention and resolved quickly. We will be using MHX again for future projects. Thank you MHX team for making our home beautiful and safe.

Our home needed stucco remediation and we called a few companies that specialize in remediation. Phillip from MHX spent time giving us a full breakdown of the issues and what our options were. We were very confident moving forward with MHX. MHX installed new Hardie Board fiber cement siding, windows, trim, gutters, roof, doors, walkway, and a deck for us… literally every aspect of our exterior. Phillip spent time walking us through coordinating all the choices of materials. He was very patient as we worked through the design process. He was really awesome. We are absolutely thrilled with the work MHX did for us. Everyone from the owner, Kyu, to Claudio, Mark, Tae, and all their crews couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. All the work was done meticulously from start to finish. It is by far the best experience we have ever had with any renovation projects.

MHX replaced our roof and they did an amazing job. Kyu, Mark, and his whole team made the daunting process quite simple (who knew there were so many options). After discussing and thoroughly going over our plan, we received a professionally prepared, detailed proposal. I really appreciate their knowledgeable, no pressure sales process. Everything turned out beautiful, it really refreshed the exterior of our house. I would whole heartedly recommend MHX, 5 stars.

MHX came right out when we called about having dampness in our basement and believing there was an issue with the exterior stucco wall leaking. Kyu was honest and fair priced. He didn't want to have us do anything we didn't need to but went the extra mile to do a few little extras we were in need of and asked for. The crews that came out to seal the exterior and interior were hard working into the dusk as we were racing against Mother Nature. They cleaned everything up and, just like scouts, left no trace. The work they did was great and we are so happy with everything they did. Thank you 100 times over for working and taking pride in your work to get the job done right. We would recommend MHX in a heartbeat.

Our 30 year old house had a stucco front that had been painted over twice in it’s lifetime and looked aged and dirty. After interviewing several other contractors, some with equally good reviews, we settled on MHX Designs. They worked with us patiently, to come up with material options, colors and suggestions for replacement of the stucco. After a couple of false-starts that were purely our fault due to life happening, we got on the books for a scheduled start date. MHX Designs was actually able to begin a little early, so they contacted us, we confirmed, and the work began promptly. Then reality set in. Immediately upon removing the stucco, water damage was found and it was extensive. Involving the framing, from top to bottom, and insulation. MHX Designs was able to allocate the manpower needed and provided the expertise to perform the repairs, both outside and inside, that were necessary, and get the damage mitigated. From there, despite some design alterations that we asked about, the worked progressed steadily to completion. In particular, Angel and the team that installed our Azek entryway, added some flourishes that really made the front of the house stand out. Overall, Qyu and Mark were very responsive to our communications, which was something new to us from our past experience with contractors, and did a great job of keeping us appraised of the progress or any hiccups that came up. There crew was always professional and willing to answer any questions we had during the work. If they did not know the answer, they found someone who did in short order. We are very happy with the outcome of the project and have no reservation about recommending MHX Designs.
