Devika was under contract to sell her beautiful stucco home to a potential buyer and after reviewing her stucco inspection report, she noticed the stucco on her garage side wall and back wall was failing. The seller and the buyer contacted MHX Designs to consult their options. After a few consultations, all parties agreed to replace stucco on the problematic areas with James Hardie system and keep the rest of the house as stucco. Devika didn’t evaluate any other contractors based on her initial engagements with MHX. She felt confident in our expertise, experience, and price.
