Kevin and Ashley were buying a beautiful house in Lower Gwynedd, PA. They were aware of the stucco problems and engaged with MHX and Jason as they were purchasing the home. Jason consulted the family on many unforeseen issues and provided various solution options to remediate their home. They decided to remediate only the front side with James Hardie Plank siding system to increase the curve appeal. During the stucco removal process, the severity of the moisture intrusion was very significant and the studs and structural frames were severely damaged and rotted. We worked with a structural expert to cost-effectively remediate and address all the issues. They were extremely pleased to our approach and services. Also, the additional work and the weather did not cooperate with the project timeline for their scheduled Octoberfest party. MHX utilized one of 4 crew team to adjust our schedule and worked around the clock to meet their timeline without compromising the quality of workmanship.
