Bob and Mary Cox were aware of stucco issues and decided to proactively remediate and replace the stucco on their home with James Hardie fiber cement siding. They met with MHX and were impressed with our expertise and consultative approach in addition to the customer reviews. They immediately selected MHX and began designing their home with MHX Designs Lab team. Bob and Mary wanted to replace their windows and initially selected Beechworth windows. Unfortunately, Beechworth went out of business during our selection process. We had to quickly react to the situation and provided an option for Anderson windows. Among 40+ windows we ordered, a few had the manufacturing issues and needed to be replaced. This delayed our project timeline and required MHX’s  flexibility to adapt to the window timeline. MHX reacted promptly when windows were delivered to mitigate any additional delays. Bob and Mary were very patient throughout the project and appreciated how MHX was responsive to their needs.  In spite of the issues with the windows, MHX delivered on our promise on 100% customer satisfaction guaranty.
